About the author

Carol Wain, President of World Incentive Network (WIN), Best-selling author and “2003 Entrepreneur of the Year”, is a coach, consultant, trainer and globally renowned business improvement and marketing specialist who teaches and helps successful entrepreneurs, professionals and business leaders to reinvent their professional lives and/or businesses.
Carol has been involved in tourism in one capacity or another since her first job at Dairy Queen when she was 14. After college Carol became an assistant manager at McDonald’s Restaurants before joining the management team at Whistler Mountain. She has worked in hotels as a night auditor, front desk clerk and restaurant manager.
